Tina Inkrote is the co-founder and managing partner of OnTarget Digital Services, LLC. Tina brings more than 25 years of experience in customer service and client satisfaction. Tina was most recently the Director of Client Services at a digital marketing company, leading a team of customer service representatives that provided top-notch service to their customers in the areas of online reputation management and search marketing. 

Prior to that she worked in the Service organization at Fleetwood Corporate Headquarters for over 20 years, handling the creation and distribution of owners’ manuals and coordinating the Product Safety Recalls for thousands of RV dealers and owners across the United States. Tina’s exceptional customer service, process management and organizational skills are a tremendous asset for both our customers and the team here at OnTarget.

Tina enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark and their two dogs. She volunteers with several community groups assisting with fund-raising events for various charitable organizations. Tina’s interests include travelling, RVing, boating, gardening and wine making.

Dawn Varga is the co-founder and managing partner of OnTarget Digital Services, LLC. With a diverse background in Design, Technology, Operations, Sales and Marketing, she has contributed to the success of the companies she has worked for by creating new products and services and taking them to market. 

Prior to launching OnTarget, Dawn enjoyed her role as Vice President of Operations in a digital marketing company, developing processes and procedures that allowed the company and its employees to operate efficiently and provide the best possible products and customer service. Working closely with her clients in the RV and Automotive industries for over 25 years has taught her to understand her customer’s expectations and meet them time and time again.

Dawn and her husband, Joe, have been married for 30 years have two grown children. Her interests are as diverse as her business background, including attending the theatre, art, camping, concerts, science fiction movies and amusement parks. She also enjoys volunteering at her church and participating on her neighborhood’s alliance committee.
